Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 6 to 9.

The petitioner claims to be owner of a plot of land where the private respondents are interfering at the time of his cultivation. To that effect, representation was furnished with the police authorities. However, the police authorities refused to act on the same.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 6 to 9, on the other hand, submits that the respondent nos. 6 to 9 are also co-owners who are deprived of the usufruct of the property. State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents are co-owners of the property and there are often hot

altercation between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Police authorities also received information that there was scuffle and fighting pursuant to which information was furnished before Keshpur Police Station.

Having regard to the nature of the information which was furnished and the right which the petitioner intends to establish, I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court for necessary remedies. So far as the police authorities are concerned, obviously they would assess regarding the incidents at the ground reality particularly that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11508 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
