Mr. Milon Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits the C.O.1599 of 2022 has already been disposed of on 24th August, 2022, in presence of the opposite parties, represented by Mr. Raghunath Das, learned advocate.

It is submitted by Mr. Nandi that regarding proposed correction, he has informed Mr. Raghunath Das.

It appears that in my order in C.O.1599 of 2022, the order date has been inadvertently typed as "24.06.2022" instead of "24.08.2022". The same shall be corrected and read as "24.08.2022".

The mistake is thus rectified.

This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 24.08.2022. Other portions of the order dated 24.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
