The writ petition is misconceived.

The petitioner prays for an order upon the police authorities to ensure that the alleged loan which was given by the deceased son of the petitioner, to the respondent no.7, must be recovered. The other prayer is that the respondent no.6 (daughter-in-law) should be directed to maintain the petitioner. Intervention of the police authorities is prayed, for the above purpose. Apart from a direction upon the police authorities to ensure that the petitioner, who is an old lady, is not disturbed by the respondent nos. 6&7 in any way, no further order can be passed in this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Rahara Police Station to ensure that the petitioner is neither disturbed nor threatened by the respondent nos. 6&7.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
