Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention that the issue involved herein has already been settled amicably out of Court as it appears from the order of the First Labour Court, Calcutta dated 12.09.2013 on the strength of a compromise petition and the Memorandum of Settlement dated 12.09.2013 at Page 14 annexed to the Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners, the case was
disposed of by the First Labour Court, Calcutta, West Bengal.
In conspectus of the above, I find that pursuant to the final order passed on 12.09.2013 the issue has already been settled amongst the parties and the cause in the writ petition does not survive, the instant writ petition is disposed of, without any order as to costs.
