The subject-matter of challenge in the present application relates to the order of bail which was passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas on 20.05.2022. I have taken into account the time period which has passed in the meantime. If there has been change of circumstances, petitioner would be at liberty to first take out an application before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar for cancellation of bail. Learned Magistrate would exercise his discretion independently without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.
In view of the aforesaid directions, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM (SB) 128 of 2022 is disposed of.
Pending connected application is consequently disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
