None appears on behalf of the petitioner. By filing the instant petition in the year 2009 the de facto complainant has prayed for cancellation of bail granted by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on 3rd March, 2009.

Since no step has been taken on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 is enjoying the liberty for last 13 years, I do not find any cogent reason for cancellation of his bail.

The application is, thus, dismissed.
