2. There is an issue of long absconsion.

3. Moreover, there is a criminal antecedent so far as the petitioner is concerned.

4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. C.R.M. (A) 1581 of 2024 is dismissed.
