Mr. Jha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State respondents are present.

With consent of the parties, the matter has been heard finally.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he may be directed to withdraw the present Public Interest Litigation (in short 'PIL') with the liberty to file a comprehensive representation regarding his present grievance and submit it before the District Magistrate, Purulia within thirty days from date. It is prayed that if the petitioner prefers such representation, the District Magistrate may be directed to decide it in accordance with law within ninety days therefrom.

It goes without saying that if necessary the District Magistrate may provide opportunity of hearing to the person concerned/interested parties.

The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
