The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioners are the plaintiffs of the suit for partition being Title Suit No. 2886 of 2010, which is pending before the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

The petitioners are praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

It appears from the record that the witness action in the suit has started and the plaintiffs' evidence is already concluded.

In view of such stage of the suit, the learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the said suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if the matter is otherwise ready for disposal and in doing

so shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1620 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The petitioners shall communicate this order to the opposite parties.
