Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In view of the detailed reasoning and findings given in the order dated 15th June, 2023 in WPA 11699 of 2023 (Rohit Patni Vs. Union of India & Ors.), learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that exactly similar facts and issues are involved in this writ petition filed by the petitioner, who is the father of the petitioner in WPA 11699 of 2023 and the same modus operandi is involved. Following the order of this Court in WPA 11699 of 2023.

This writ petition being WPA 11700 of 2023 is also dismissed with the same reasonings.
