Perused the police report. It appears that the police authorities had directed the parties to maintain peace and tranquility and prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted against the respondent nos.6 and 7, on two occasions. The police report further indicates that when the police authorities asked the petitioner to file a written complaint against the respondent nos.6 and 7, the petitioner refused and informed the police that they would try to settle the matter, amicably. The police report is taken on record.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the police authorities with their specific complaint. If such complaint is filed, the police authorities shall act and proceed in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.
All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
