And In Re : Narayan Roy ...... petitioner Ms. Jeenia Rudra ....for the petitioner Mr. Saryati Dutta ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of 2016, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2886 of 2022 is dismissed.
