1. The advocate-on-record of the appellant submits that the parties have already settled the disputes out of Court and, therefore, the appellant does not intend to proceed with the instant case.

2. The counsel for the Bank submits that the disputes have been settled and the No Due Certificate has been issued in favour of the appellant.

3. In view of the above, the appeal being FAT 209 of 2015 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Consequently, the application being CAN 1 of 2015 (Old No.: CAN 5394 of 2015) are also dismissed for non-prosecution.
