On hearing the learned counsel of the parties it appears that the dispute in the present case is civil in nature. 2.

Though no such relief has been prayed for in the writ application, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the respondent no. 4 be directed to consider his representation dated 12.04.2026 in accordance with law in the interest of justice.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within sixty days from the date of this order, keeping in mind that the dispute in the present case is civil in nature. 4.
