Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that presumably the dates would be fixed by the learned trial court for consideration of charges. Learned advocate intends to canvass all the points advanced in the present revisional application along with other issues before the learned trial court at the stage of consideration of charges.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Begg, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

If an application in the nature of Sections 239/227 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners before the jurisdictional court, the learned jurisdictional court would take into account the merits of the issues without being influenced by any observations advanced by this court while disposing of the revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1781 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
