The grievance of the petitioners is that the private respondents are trying to take possession of the property in spite of an injunction order existing being T.S.319 of 2021, another civil case Misc. Case No.48 of 2021 and another appeal has been preferred in Misc. Appeal No.24 of 2024. Petitioners intend to impress this Court by a photograph wherein, according to the petitioners, a part of the boundary wall has been demolished.

Primarily, it reflects that the civil court is in seisin of the issue. However, the representations made to the Officer-in-Charge, Lalgola Police Station and/or superior officers to that effect did not yield any result.

Petitioners would approach the civil court with specific prayers for rendering police assistance.

In case such orders are passed upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order. For the present, police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting because of the strained relationship existing between petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11488 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
