Petitioner claims to be owner of a property wherein there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents who happen to be the relations. It is also contended that she is not allowed to enter the property and also her tenants are being threatened by the private respondents who are exerting political influence for evicting the petitioner, thereby trying to deprive her from the share of a property.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, the remedies available for establishing right over the property would be absolute domain of the civil court. However, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11584 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
