Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has handed over certified copy of which is the subject to verification of the learned trial court. If the minor daughter is staying with the father, in that case, so far as the quantum of maintenance towards minor daughter has been awarded as an interim measure, the learned trial court would reconsider on an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far as the quantum of interim maintenance of the mother is concerned, the same is not interfered with. So far as the arrears are concerned the General Entry Diary would be earmarked for deciding the outer limit till which date the arrears are to be paid until and unless there are further change of circumstances. Such application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if so filed, would be disposed of within a period

of three months from the date of the filing of the same. The learned trial court will thereafter enter into the main proceedings of trial and decide the case in accordance with law by fixing at least one date in a month so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1782 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
