1. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply copy of petition to learned Junior Government Pleader appearing for State of West Bengal.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 8th May, 2026 has already been considered, though the decision is awaited.

3. Learned counsel submits that in this circumstances he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty file fresh petition subsequent to the decision of the representation .

4. In view of the submission this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
