Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

FSL report is placed on record.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 22 bottles of phensedyl syrup and as FSL report has been submitted, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
