Police filed charge sheet inter alia under Section 341/325/307 of the IPC, 1860 Court is informed that subsequently, the interim bail was confirmed by the Jurisdictional Court.

There is not application for cancellation of the bail granted by the Jurisdictional Court subsequently. In any event, we find no merit in the present application.

C.R.M. (DB) 1445 of 2024 is dismissed.
