It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner as well as the State that Labanya Mondal is under treatment at the Pavlov Hospital and the medical opinion indicates requirement of continued treatment. The medical personnel shall take appropriate call as to when the treatment at the Hospital would come to an end.

It is also submitted that the final report has been filed in respect of a criminal proceeding against the petitioner and the police have found no evidence. The costs of the treatment of the said Labanya Mondal shall be borne by the petitioner at the first instance.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
