Mr. Gobinda Chandra Baidya, Mr. Provash Mondal, Mr. Aminul Islam ...for the Petitioner A593 04-12-2025 AKG Ct. 15 By filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of an order dated September 8, 2022, passed in WPA 20034 of 2022 (Debola Das vs. State) by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

While a second writ petition is maintainable for the purpose of seeking implementation of an order passed in an earlier writ proceeding, a writ Court cannot, as a matter of right, always be expected to function as an Executing Court for an order passed by another Single Bench of this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is not entertained. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file an appropriate application for implementation of the order dated September 8, 2022, if he is otherwise entitled to do so in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 12605 of 2024 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
