None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for cancellation of the panel submitted by the school authority to the concerned District Inspector of Schools on the basis of the interview held on April 1, 2007 and for recasting of the said panel for appointment to the post of Group-D staff of a school. It appears from record that due to passage of time, the petitioner is not interested to move this writ petition.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
