For the appellants Mr. Sanajit Kr. Ghosh Mr. Subrata Santra ..... For the UOI Records reveal that the appellants were engaged in the trading of stone-chips, coal coke and fire wood and operating from licensed plots at Woodgola Sealdah Railway Sidings and Coal Depot Sealdah Sidings. Challenging inter alia orders of termination of license and vacation of the railway plots, the writ petitioners/appellants approached this Court. Upon contested hearing the writ petitions were dismissed by a judgment dated 16th May, 2025. No interim order was passed in the appeal when it last appeared for hearing.

Today, we have been informed by the parties that the writ petitioners/appellants have been removed from the concerned plots.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present appeal and the connected application and the same are, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
