Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the order dated June 25, 2021.

None appears for the private opposite parties. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the police submitted charge sheet.

Jurisdictional Court took into consideration the post-mortem report while granting the bail. The post-mortem report states that the cause of death was natural. It is claimed that the private opposite parties after obtaining bail started threatening the petitioner. There is no material to substantiate such allegation. In such circumstances, we are unable to interfere with the order granting bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. C.R.M. 5092 of 2021 is dismissed.
