It appears that the instant application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated April 13 of 2011 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Miscellaneous Case No. 4 of 2011 which arose out of M.A.C Case No. 271 of 2009.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel that he could not be able to contact with the petitioner. He is also not in a position to say about present status/stage of the case pending before the M.A.C. Tribunal.

Moreover, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present case. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 2010 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
