Admittedly the land in question is vested with the State.

On a query from the Court, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the State is not recognizing the possession of the petitioners in the land as lawful.

Private respondents are represented.

Since the land in question is vested with the State and since the State itself is not recognising the possession of the petitioners as lawful, the question of implementation of the orders of the civil court in respect of such land does not arise. Moreover such

orders of Civil Court are interim in nature and yet to attain finality.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 12309 of 2021 is disposed of.
