Ct. No.17 been filed wherefrom it appears that the responsibility of the mistake in Utshashree Portal has been shifted to the shoulder of another person. However, I am not going into it. From paragraph 6 of the writ application I find that the petitioner is in a very uncomfortable situation due to illness of his family members.

Therefore, I direct the District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to try to transfer him to any school nearer to his residence within a period of one month from the date of hearing as has been indicated above. The notice for hearing is to be sent by the office of the Chairman of D. P. S. C. to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due and also by e-mail.

With the above observation and direction

this writ application is disposed of.

The report filed as indicated above is kept on record.
