Smt. Pratima Dey alias Nandi The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 16.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Bankura in Criminal Revision No.45 of 2018. By the said order, the learned sessions court was pleased to affirm the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur in Misc. Case No.52 of 2018 in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. I have considered the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate and the quantum so awarded by way of interim maintenance. Having regard to the subject matter which has already been appreciated on the issue of facts in respect of interim maintenance by the learned trial court as well as the learned revisional court/sessions court, I am of the opinion that no new circumstance relating to question of law has been advanced for consideration in the present revisional application. Consequently, no interference is called for.

As such, CRR 1550 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
