Mr. Saibal Kumar Acharya Mr. Pradip Paul Ms. Renesa Dey ..for the petitioner Mr. Ranjan Saha ..for the State The petitioner's grievance is that one letter has been issued to her by the Treasury Officer of Midnapore Treasury directing her to refund an amount of Rs. 2,71,430/- after her retirement for the period from October, 2015 to February, 2023. The petitioner retired on superannuation on 28th February, 2023.

I direct the Treasury Officer, Midnapore to intimate the petitioner and also the District Inspector of Schools the reasons for such direction within a period of six weeks from date of communication of this order. The order is to be communicated by the petitioner to the Treasury Officer forthwith.

Until the matter is decided by this court no deduction can be made from the monthly pension amount

of the petitioner.

The matter is adjourned till three weeks after vacation.
