The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Barnia High School (H.S), District-Nadia.

The petitioner has prayed for general transfer before the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein on the ground that he has become physically unfit after a road accident.

The materials on record fail to inspire the confidence of the Court to hold that the petitioner has become physically unfit to perform his duties in his present school.

W.P.A. 10907 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
