The date of the representation should be correctly read as March 21, 2024, Annexure P-3 at page - 20 to the writ petition instead of January 15, 2024, Annexure P-11 at page 82 to the writ petition. The above corrections shall be incorporated and read into the order dated March 10, 2025. The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
