Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that the petitioner's son was deceived and she was induced to part with a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- for securing job for her son in Coal India.

Police authorities have already registered a case being Kasba Police Station case no. 125 dated 21.03.2025 under the relevant provisions of law. Report submitted by the State also reflects that respondent nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9 preferred for bail before the learned A.C.J.M., Alipore and they were granted ad interim bail till 18th of September, 2025. Report also reflects that dates have been fixed for recording of statement under Section 183 of the BNSS. Notices have also been served upon the bank authorities. Having regard to the steps taken and the fact that ad interim bail have been granted in favour of some of the respondents, I grant liberty to the petitioner to ventilate her grievance before the learned Judicial Magistrate

already in seisin of the issue, as the bail of the private respondents are yet to be confirmed by the Court. In case an application is filed by the petitioner, learned Magistrate would hear the same after issuing notice to all the parties.

The State authorities are directed to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion by putting in efforts required in respect of the gravity of the offence.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11494 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
