Mr. Aniket Mitra Ms. Debjani Sahu ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife suffered homicidal death. Bail prayer of co-accused i.e. mother-in-law was turned down on 19th January, 2023. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge on 17th May, 2023. Father-inlaw stands on the same footing with the said co-accused whose bail prayer was turned down in January, 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
