Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her 17.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.139 Rakib representation was not considered by the Inspector-inCharge, Chanchol Police Station, although she suffered grievous injury.

On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that issue relating to fracture was never mentioned in the complaint which was filed with the police authorities. Having considered that the writ petition was filed for taking action on the representation dated 02.07.2022, I am of the view that as more than two and half years have passed since such representation was filed, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. Petitioner would produce the medical documents before the Court in order to allow the Court to arrive at its finding. With the aforesaid observations WPA 11718 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
