The petitioner has filed an application for restoration being CAN 11606 of 2017 by recalling the order dated 9th November, 2017 passed by one Hon'ble Judge of this court.

In the order dated 9th November, 2017 it has been recorded that the matter was adjourned several times due to absence of the petitioner.

The present restoration application was filed on or about 8th December, 2017 and it is being moved today that is after more than three years.

Due to the laxity shown by the petitioner in this matter, I am not inclined to restore the matter. However, as it was not decided on merit I grant liberty to the petitioner to file the writ application afresh if he

is so advised.

Learned advocate for the State has brought to my notice that the question raised in the writ application has already been decided by co-ordinate bench of this court.
