Petitioner prays for smooth egress and ingress at his residence and to that effect submits that the learned Executive Magistrate was approached under Section 163(2) of the BNSS.

The dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents are absolutely private dispute.

Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11569 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
