It appears from a communication that the Sub Portal is lying closed and inoperational and therefore such changes to the grades shall not be possible at this stage. It is also submitted on behalf of the State authorities that there is gross suppression by the petitioner and the rejection for change of gradation has been made known to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, the pendency of this writ petition will not enure to the benefit if the writ petition and the same has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 11726 of 2023 stands disposed of as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application afresh in accordance with law.
