Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was free fight between the parties. Both the parties sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. Injuries are simple in nature. Case and counter case are pending by and between the parties.

Considering the material on record, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In view of the above, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Shukchand Sk @ Sukchand @ Sukchand Sheikh be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer

and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
