Mr. Subir Banerjee Ms. Shreyosi Sengupta Ms. Mumpy Singha ...for the Petitioner This is application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No. 105 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gangarampur at Buniadpur.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the hearing of the suit is being adjourned from time to time on frivolous grounds.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to issue any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties forthwith.

CO 1363 of 2021 accordingly stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gangarampur at Buniadpur to dispose of the Title Suit No. 105 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There will be, however, no order as to costs.
