...for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document i.e. seizure list show recovery of 2 kgs. of Yaba tablets which is above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier in January, 2022 and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
