Mitra, Mr. Sobhan Kumar Pathak, Ms. Sneha Chakraborty ...for the petitioner The application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), First Court at Barasat to dispose of an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No.104 of 2016 expeditiously. From the order sheets, appended to the revisional application, this Court finds that 4th of March, 2025 was fixed for filing show-cause by the plaintiff as last chance.

It further appears that on 4th of March, 2025 the plaintiff was absent and 6th of November, 2025 was fixed for filing show-cause by the plaintiff as last chance. Since the plaintiff is not appearing before the learned Trial Judge and the date for filing show-cause by the plaintiff has been fixed, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the

application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure at this stage.

Depending on the fate of the show-cause petition, if any filed by the plaintiff pursuant to the order dated 4th of March, 2025, passed by the learned Trial Judge, the learned Trial Judge shall proceed in accordance with law.

With the above observation, C.O.1837 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
