Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially aggrieved for unlawfully evicted from her premises.

It appears that Kalyani Police has registered FIR No.536/16 dated 24.08.2016. Charge sheet No.497/16 dated 24.09.2016 has also been filed.

In these circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Kalyani Police shall ensure that the petitioner is able to reside peacefully in her premises.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Kalyani Police Station is taken on record.
