By consent of the parties the appeal and the application are taken up for hearing together. The writ petitioner obtained an order dated June 6, 2022 from the learned Single Judge directing the Subdivisional Officer, Baruipur Sub-Division, to consider and dispose of her representation filed on February 10, 2022, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties. The representation was for disqualifying certain members of Rajapur Karabeg Gram Panchayat. Being aggrieved, the private respondents in the writ petition have come up by way of appeal.

Learned Advocate for the appellants says that the order of the learned Single Judge is under implementation.

Hearing is being held by the Sub-Divisional Officer. Learned Advocate for the appellant has instructions not to press this appeal.

The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.
