Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and submits that there are dichotomies amongst with the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

CRM 5178 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
