The petitioner apprehending that modern electronic gadgets and technology will affect the civil society and take away the privacy of persons, has filed the writ petition, seeking for direction to consider his representation.

In our view, the relief sought for is absolutely vague and no writ of mandamus, as sought for by the writ petitioner can be granted. If, according to the petitioner, his individual privacy is affected, it is well open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed.
