1. The petitioner seeks payment of the work performed.

2. Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits that payment could not be released in favour of the petitioners as the verification sheet by the engineer has not been forwarded.

The respondent no. 3 is directed to take all necessary steps to ensure that the payment of the petitioners as per entitlement is released at the earliest but positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. 4.

If any document is wanting from the petitioners, the same shall be made known so that the petitioners can forward the same.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
