Having considered the nature of the accusations made in the information furnished with the Inspector-in-charge of Uluberia Police Station and, no action

being taken, I direct that the petitioner would comply with the other formalities and prefer an application under Section 175(3) of the BNSS before the learned jurisdictional Court.

The learned jurisdictional Court will apply its mind regarding the nature of accusations and find out whether any case for investigation has been made out or not, then, only pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11736 of 2023 is disposed of.
