The petitioner, present in Court today, tenders unconditional apology. The petitioner may collect the demand draft towards his terminal dues from Hatibagan Branch of the Indian Bank after complying with all formalities.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of with warning to the petitioner to be more cautious before making wild allegations against the respondents.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

In view of the above, all connected applications are also disposed of.
